- Products & Handmade Nature
• All our products are handcrafted using traditional Kantha, Hand block prints and fabrics.
• Minor variations in color, design, or stitching are natural and reflect the uniqueness of handmade work. These are not considered defects. - Orders & Payments
• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
• We accept payments through secure gateways. Your financial details are not shared with us directly. - Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are processed within 4 working days and usually delivered in 7–10 working days after dispatch.
• Delivery delays due to courier service issues are beyond our control. - Returns & Exchanges
• We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.
• Exception: If a product arrives in a damaged or defective condition, you may request a return or replacement within 7–8 business days of delivery.
• Proof in the form of an unboxing/opening video must be provided for us to process such claims. - Cancellations
• Orders once placed cannot be canceled, as each piece is made and packed with care. - Intellectual Property
• All designs, product images, and content on our website are the property of Kantha and Fabric (Raghav Handicraft) and cannot be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission. - Limitation of Liability
• We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier partners, unforeseen events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. - Governing Law
• These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
